At CustomTent by ABCCANOPY, we stand behind the quality of our personalized products and offer a 30-day return window for items in original condition. Please note that custom-printed graphics are eligible for return only in cases of manufacturing defects or shipping damage.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos if the item is damaged or defective.
Receive Authorization
Once your request is reviewed, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the appropriate return shipping address.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your tent or canopy in its original packaging, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the box before shipping.
Inspection and Refund
After our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
